PHOENIX 2023 Compete Sports Diversity Women’s DEI Summit in Partnership with Arizona Cardinals on October 10th and 11th, 2023.
Hosted by women, for women. Mashonda Gilmore with the Lynn Lewis Foundation and the Women’s Sports Council are leading the Compete Sports Diversity Women’s DEI Summit to build and empower DEI in sports. The focus of the Women’s Summit is to empower women in sports to take on more leadership roles and active efforts toward building women’s sports and developing gender diversity and leadership within men’s sports.
Participants can look forward to DEI education, workshops, panel discussions, speeches, and networking opportunities with some of the biggest leaders in women’s sports. This includes earning the SDLT designation with emphasis on women’s sports and learning how the power of representation and community can have to create change.
